About The Event

Mo'olelo Manu Workshop

$12 per person; all materials included. For ages 6+.

Thursdays 9:00-10:00 a.m.

(Other Mo'olelo Manu workshop time on Tuesdays 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Check workshop schedule for more information.)

Learn about several native manu (birds) species found in Hawaii, common characteristics of each group, mo'olelo (stories), and natural history of the species. A finished art piece enriches the understanding of facts and mo'olelo. It's an educational experience about Hawaii's wildlife that you can take home and share!

  • The workshop will be held at our learning center in Waimea.
